DEADLINES

Riverfest is a River Reach Foundation event.

May 1, 2026 – Registration and full payment must be received by the River Reach Foundation on or before this date.  Spaces assigned are NOT guaranteed.  A 3.5% credit card processing fee will be added to each fee below.

TYPE OF VENDOR

Sales:  The sale of gifts, products, novelties, or services (gifts, services, and manufactured products that are being sold).

Promotion:  These are businesses promoting themselves – no products or services being sold.

Non-Profit:  Official 501(c)3 organizations that wish to chare information about their service or event.
