Riverfest is a family-friendly, admission free, annual event organized by the River Reach Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.  The River Reach Foundation’s mission is to protect, promote, and enhance our riverine corridors, and the Riverfest event’s mission is to bring people and the river together.

Activities taking place during the event between Saturday and Sunday include a 10k race, a weiner dog race, duck race, rafting & raft race, roverfest, disc golf, yoga flow, children’s activities, and car shows.  Entertainment throughout the entire event consists of musicians, Gourd and Apache dancers, and a recycle fashion show.  There are arts & crafts vendors, food vendors, beer & wine gardens, and non-food vendors located along the river trails between Berg and Animas Parks.
