Fees Explained
DEADLINES
Riverfest is a River Reach Foundation event.
May 1, 2026 – Fees must be received by May 1st, 2026.
May 1, 2026 – BEFORE paying your fees, you must submit the Food Vendor Online Application. Payment submittal before we receive the online application will NOT guarantee your booth location. Spaces assigned are NOT guaranteed. A 3.5% credit card processing fee will be added to each fee below.
All booth spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications submitted without full payment by May 1, 2026, will be forfeited. Booth fees are non-refundable after the start of the event. Long-time vendors are encouraged to apply and submit payment early to increase their chances of securing space. Booth locations from prior years are not guaranteed. The River Reach Foundation reserves the right to relocate vendors as deemed necessary.
